The star of the might-makes-right military show being its financial and war crimes immunity the hegemon's martial-economic M.O. was staged with implicit impunity where and whenever the grandmasters of disaster would (in their twisted wisdom) choose to produce that tragedy-spattered farce the playbills would list as
